This could be for several different reasons.
Leaking is primarily caused by an obstruction with the interior drain channel, drain hose, or p-trap (if applicable). Check for an obstruction by looking down inside the unit for something blocking the drain channel or drain opening. Remove any foreign objects. You may need to remove the Top and Sub-Top to fully access the inside of the unit. Please reference the SUITMATE 115 Volt Installation and Maintenance Manual.
There is a problem with the Brakes. Please take the unit out of service immediately and Contact Us.
The SUITMATE unit should be connected to a 115 V, 60 Hz, 20 Amp dedicated circuit. Verify all wires are securely connected to the GFCI and inspect unit for signs of an electrical short. For further information, please reference the SUITMATE 115 Volt Troubleshooting Guide.
