Exchange Program
If you are experiencing difficulty with your SUITMATE unit after the one-year warranty period, we offer our domestic customers (USA only) an Exchange Program.
The SUITMATE Exchange Program brings your unit to current factory specifications and also comes with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty.
The program is very simple! For a fee, we will send you a completely remanufactured SUITMATE unit and provide you with a prepaid label that you can use to return your old unit to us.
